Mixed Use and Post Tension Over 200 Units
Podium Style
Commercial storefront, room for families on top.
Edison Electric was one of the first electric companies to implement podium style builds into their services. We work with projects over 200 units typically, but are open to any and all projects.
These mixed use builds usually have underground parking, a storefront, and residential units on top.
Working with post-tension decks is complicated. Our hybrid crew specializes in working within this space.

Multiple Buildings on One Master Schedule
Garden Style
Big property, fast pace.
Garden style apartments typically have 12-24 unit three story buildings with carports and separate buildings for offices and amenities.
Garden style is less complex than post-tension builds, but still needs effective management.

Fewer Change Orders and Honest Credit Back
Value Engineering
Saving time and money.
Going through plans to find areas to reduce or change things to save you money ultimately benefits everyone in the long run.
If plans are locked in and we are confident in them before anyone hits the ground running, all teams can be sure that we are building your project most efficiently.

Design-Build
From a blank page.
While we will take projects that are already in motion, we love when we can do the engineering plans with our long-time partners at Emerald City Engineers.
Design-build is a method of approaching a project that allows us to do the plans. We are out there installing systems every day, we can anticipate problems before they arise.
This approach closes that gap between knowledge of systems and knowledge of the market for those systems. We know how it works, we know what it costs, so we put those together.
