Project Story

Bailey Farm Apartments

Bailey Farm, completed in 2013 with Inland Construction, was a 372 unit project involving a 150 year old barn turned into a clubhouse. The ground was fully concrete, and the walls mostly glass, so we had to get creative with the wiring.

We resorted to EMT piping to hide the wires. These ran across the ceiling and were originally going to be painted white to blend in. The result, though, was a rustic feel that fit in perfectly with the old barn look the clubhouse had. It worked so well that it was left unpainted in the end.

Bailey Farm also has lights within mason jars surrounding their fire pit. While maintaining standards on these hundred unit builds, we have the field experience to add finishing touches well.
