Project Story

Senior Living Washington Bonney Lake

Bonney Lake combined both garden style multi-family developments with podium style. Under Ryan Companies, we did electrical for 196 unit and 32 unit buildings across the property which completed in 2021.

This build was a combination of different levels of senior living facilities including independent living, assisted living, and high-density memory care/end-of-life. This required adapting plans between different electrical needs.

These were all built among a 50 acre site with lakes, ponds, and walking trails.
