Mixed-use Podium Building

Solera is a mixed-use podium building located in Renton, WA complete in 2025. Working with Heartland Construction (Devco), we did electrical systems for both buildings. Across two buildings, we had 4 parking levels, 4 towers, and nearly 600 units.

With standardized layouts, this build was a mix of low-income housing units and market-rate units, with cost control implemented across all areas.

This method ensures efficient labor hours and minimizes material costs. With consistent layouts, we are able to meet current installation requirements for minimal cost while still allowing for low-income housing.
