Multi-Block Phased Build

Avalon was a sprawling nine block podium build completed in 2019. Each block took over 2 years to complete with our team working on Blocks 7, 6B, and 8. Each block had underground parking, amenities and units above. Between the three blocks, there were 1,124 units. 

The challenge here was to keep things running smoothly and consistently over the course of many years. Often, when timelines stretch over so many years, it is hard to avoid the learning curve that comes with bringing new crews in.

Over the years, our manpower has only grown. That allows us to work on projects simultaneously. We decided to keep the same team on the project through its completion. This allowed our team to bring forward knowledge into the next block, avoid the learning curve, and keep things running efficiently.
