Waterview Crossing Apartments
Waterview, done with Heartland Construction in 2019, was a mixed build, with three podium buildings and six garden style buildings featuring a total of 326 units.
Waterview’s technical challenge involved routing a single generator to all three post-tension deck builds. This phased turnover system required multiple inspections around life-safety and the generators as each building came online.
Through carefully planned, tight coordination, and clear communication we successfully navigated this multi-phase turnover around the shared generator. Waterview showcases our ability to navigate technically complex multi-family projects while sticking to code compliance and safety regulations.
