Uptown Square Apartments

Uptown Square was a primarily garden style development featuring three podium structures.

This 2018 build was a multi-family project with Heartland Construction. This build included fast-paced and rigorous inspection protocols. Rather than becoming defensive in this environment, we were able to demonstrate our ability to work under high pressure. 

We maintained clear communication and documentation, ensuring each team was on the same page. We were proactive in coordinating with inspectors to find issues before a final inspection and prevent costly reworking. Edison was also able to maintain the schedule even when requirements were at their highest. The result was a clean, code compliant build.
